Payments

We reserve the right to charge late payment fees where invoices remain unpaid.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If we are unable to access the property at the agreed appointment time, a call-out fee may apply.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing safe and reasonable access to the property
Informing us of any hazards or fragile items
Ensuring utilities such as water and electricity are available where required
Securing valuable or sentimental items before cleaning
Satisfaction and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean.

Liability
While we take reasonable care when providing our services, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear
Damage caused by faulty fixtures or fittings
Items not secured appropriately
Delays outside our reasonable control
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Insurance and DBS Checks
The Good Rep Co - Cleaning Done Proper holds public liability insurance through Direct Line with cover up to £2 million.
We also hold a Basic DBS check.
